  5. Hi guys! I'm relay glad that you like my project. It's been over 5 years since i've got it. And hopefuly this car will be finished this year.

Transmission... It's from 2.0t forester, 4wd. One of my biggest problems in this project, aspecialy financial. The pinnion and ring are not cheap. I ordered them from subarugears, tolerance washers are original from subaru. I take the housing to sandblaster and then paint it with car laquer

    top work man :)

  12. Ziiga - best person to contact regarding the subaru conversion is Andy at TSR engine conversions. He's a top bloke and makes looms on an exchange basis or can tell you how to modify your own loom. I'm currently planning the same conversion for my bay and he has been a great help

Thats all for now. I need to straighten the panel and then weld all the brackets and pieces together

  15. I notice that i slept in this topic :) So lets go on with my project.

We marry chassis and body at the middle of the street, couse my ceeling is way to low.

I weld the whole construcion on the body with chassis in place. First thing to do was engine mounts and steering. Because i thoungt that front mount is realy expensive i made it my self using silentblock from VW passat. And afterall everything went goood.

  16. Next major thing was to repair lousy steering rack. I add one more bearing to fixed everything. As shown in pictures..
