Still no running here, but was in the swimming pool this morning and 18 miles on the road bike this afternoon, it was a bit chily to say the least

Hello everyone, would you mind if i joined this section of thelatebay. I'm Bag head's long suffering wife, that's training for this years London Marathon. I did the Taunton Marathon almost six years ago, which I completed in 4hrs 10... but that was before having another two children. Went out this afternoon and did 13miles, rest day tomorrow.
You beat me to it - just posted you the link! You'll be doing a lot more miles than most of us I expect. I've done London twice 4.15, and 4.10. Would really love to do under 4 hours but probably never will. Welcome to the club
Achieved my 3 runs this week so I need to decide if I should run 4 times or just run a bit further. Doing about 20 minutes at the moment.
Bad news. My treadmill that I use when I can't get on the road, has broken. I think it's the motor.? Anyone know anyone who repairs Reebok Treadmill's? It is ten years old so perhaps time for a new one,
Well done to everyone who is still running ;D ;D I'm still cycling 30.5 miles yesterday at 14.5 mph. Happy with that but off to the lake district in a fortnight for a weekend of mountain biking and think that might kill me! :
Just finished 5 treadmill miles. Harder for me than running outside for some reason Took me 47 minutes mind - really should be working down to a target of 40 minutes, but it's a start.
Baggy has come home early, so he can babysit whilst Ido a 30min run, hopefully cover 3-4 miles. Koolkam, Yes, taking sponsorship for "Get Kids Fit!". It's a charity that helps disabled children get into sports and sponsors them. Link. www.virginmoneygiving.com/traceytidball-zapp
