    Let me have a look at the slightly chewed one on its way to me. As a failsafe I'm in touch with the Aussie guy who's making them. He's quoted me on a bulk buy. I'll start a thread.

    Never really worried about the alternator seal, but thinking about it, it’s a potential cooling air leak. Is that the concern?

    Cleaned Major inside in readiness for the coming two weeks, will wash him tomorrow.

    Meanwhile I also cleaned Gusbus' inside, quick vacuum clean and a bit of furniture polish on the units.
