    The ECUs NEVER fail
The double relay will stop it running altogether

did you re-fit the cylinder head temp sensor ?

  4. Yeah but the new cylinder head only had a tiny hole so I had to drill the hole bigger and tap it

did you put copper grease or another conductor on it ?

  6. You know what I might have forgotten the copper grease I had the tube by the engine ready to put on but with tapping it I think I forgot but to late to pop some on and try it might upset my neighbours

it can make a HUGE difference to running

  8. Would it make a difference on starting up or once the engine is warm?

have you adjusted the idle speed or the mixture ?

  12. Not yet the idle might be higher at the moment because the tension on the cable

so it starts and runs But doesn’t idle

  14. Yeah unless I feather the gas or unless I unplug the afm

Don’t unplug things , why have you not adjusted them ? , is it running on 4, did you change the fuel filter ?

  16. Where it says mph I've set that to revs

  17. Also I havent touched or moved anything inside the afm, i know that's a big no no, i was just testing the fuel pump, I undid the fuel line on the left hand side put it in a bottle and it's coming through fine

It's only done about 2500 mile since I changed the fuel filter

    Zed Gradually getting grumpier

Can you monitor voltage at the fuel pump while you plug in that plug?

  19. So when the afm is unplugged the pump reads 0 then and idles then when I plug it in the pump reads 13v and dies

have you got an emissions tester, does it smell rich< don't touch inside the air flow meter, your idle and fuel need adjustment I expect
