Cheers Ben id really appreciate that Im pretty sure there the same for both single and twinport engines
The fuel pump rods are different lengths between alternator and generator aswell I think its just heads manifold and carb differences between single port and twin port
Can tell by her sock hanging off... I used to paint things when I was a stay at home dad [maybe not the gearbox bracket] ,it`s just a phase ....
I dont think its a phase dude as i used to do it when i was in full time employment aswell lol No progress at all today even though the kids have gone back to school i seem to have picked up that man flu paul weeding had a while ago I swear there isnt a single part of me thats not aching
I took the alternator and fan housing off my engine today and took a pic before hand whilst the engines still tatty I found some strange damage to the outside of the oil cooler The coil needed a tidy up and a quick polish has made it look a lot better
Hi Still attached to alt stand, not sure i can get it undone but will check condition and get back to you Ben
The inlet manifolds have had a bit of a clean up I decided i didnt want the coil polished up as once you polish one thing it runs away and you end up polishing everything Looks good in satin black i think Alternator has begun to be cleaned up
I have the tool! Just not in the same place as the other bits! Will sort it out this weekend and let you know....if its in good condition it may come attached to a gen stand!
how do you get away using the dining room table like that, i would destroy the photo evidence if i were you. How did the reflective paint turn out
