The problem is in my humble is when I was a lad you paid for your information.
I got my first hays book from my local library.
Brought volksword and thrasher skate magazine every month.
Now it's on the web and free (it's not free at all btw) people have got used to instant access with little input from themselves. It's no one's fault really but even the WWW is not what it was it's basically a tool to get advertising into your home 24/7 sadly.
The hosting and lay out of this site makes it one of the most user friendly around uploaded photos direct to this site is ace no 3rd party hosting ect.
The vast amount of information on the site is a vast one and lets face it is a very specific subject.
It's right the owners address the issue well in advance 12mts will fly by.

So
Subs.
Merchandise.
(although I paid 15 quid for a bad obsessed tea cup that seams expensive on the face of it but it's not about the cup it's about giving back)
Digital tip jar. ( I like that one tbh)
I'm sure the owner is on it and it's just dawned on me I don't know who owns the site and that shows how special this place is tbh.

More than happy to chip in and I will tell you why I've had a crap year so far family stuff nothing life or death but it's been rubbish.
My van and reading some of the utter daftness on the forum has kept me sane it's an escape for me.
I pay for Netflix ,Disney ect so why not this place?
Make it free for all but give us an option to chip in.

just joined the facebook group , but facebook isnt realy my kind of thing like many others above have stated , i find whatsapp is much better for a small group of people , i know its useless info as its no use for a replacement of TLB . i see mention of ,"lets sort it out later as were covered for a year" , i say strike whilst the iron is hot , build up a fund ready for the off when its needed , i know its easy for me to say who hasnt got to manage it . and i dont know who would it fall to.
