Working over at Mt.Blue Cow today, checking the snow fences & seeing where we have to mark out the danger zones. There is hardly a soul here so we got a couple of quick runs in before lunch

I was going to show you a photo from my hotel room today which you should appreciate but photobucket say 'no'. Was to be of the Hahnenkamm at Kitzbuhel with bright sunshine and no snow in sight at 26c. So much for downhill racing.
I thought you'd appreciate this. Photo from the start gate on the Hahnenkamm downhill start gate at Kitzbuhel. No snow in sight and in the mid 20c. Mrs flaked out with heat exhaustion after racing here yesterday.
It's steeper than I ever imagined it. You can walk the approximate route in two and half hours and they take two minutes to ski it. Scary stuff. Daughter liked it though and wants to come back in the winter.
It's like skiing Corbet's Couloir at Jackson Hole, you start brown pants & if you make it to the bottom you just want to go & jump into it again
The view from work this morning, 500mm of snow overnight & still it's coming down. Think we might do the early patrol on the ski-do's
Where do you live again Or is it where again do you live (Baffles the F%%k out of me this grammar thing)
