  1. I really struggle in the cold too, must be really hard with Asthma !

Hope your foot feels better asap.

  2. Wow, what a tough week.. Yes agree it has been cold out there. We must all be mad, but doesn't it feel good when we get back home :) :)

A couple of "Mum's" for the childrens school told me about the 10k Longleat run.. Set in the grounds of Longleat House/Safari park, so today I did it. Bag head and the children came u to watch and give me support.

It did feel great to be running with people, instead of on my own. Which makes me think about joining a running club. No offence this one is great. But you know what I mean.

I thought it was a really good organised event, Lee and the kids didn't get bored waiting, they saw the runners at the half way mark, and again at the finish. without too much walking... Great day.

I came 16th in my catagory, which is fantastic...

Baggy said that alot of the runner could do with a good meal.. Stick thin!!

  15. managed to rise from my pit early enough to squeeze 5.5 miles in :) not looking forward to working till 1030pm though

  16. We set out to do a 2 mile run but due to how bad the paths were with the snow and ice we ended up walking but discovered a new route so all was not completely lost ;D

  17. The running idea has gone a bit pear shaped :(

With the cold weather and ice I just can't motivate myself to get out there and run. I'm going to give it a couple of weeks and get back on it.

Please tell me off if I don't.
