I've managed 1 good run on the treadmill and 1 rubbish run on Tuesday that was pointless as I was ill lol I will be back on the treadmill in the morning and then back to the lakes for a run tomorrow night. Does anyone use the Nike GPS app?
Giving this a BUMP- Out tonight to do a few miles . Should be getting easier as it gets a bit warmer.
In my attempt to get into the habit of exercise and running I have put myself in for a boot camp!!! 3 weeks, mon to fri, 6am till 7am!! Starts next monday. I must be mad
I went out last night and it was possibly my best run yet and I'm aching badly today but I'm feeling my fitness improve every time so I know I'm making progress ;D I still can't believe that I'm enjoying working out
I was thinking more along the lines of how I post/link it to my FB account. I guess taking a snap shot and then uploading direct to Photobucket is the simplest way. Anyone else up for posting their runs online ?
Boot camp starts 6am tomorrow for me. I keep telling myself to think of how fit I'll be in 3 weeks instead of the early starts.
I just keep thinking of how much fitter I'll be in 3 weeks rather than how early I have to get up. Fingers crossed it won't raining as it's all outside.
The running hasn't been going brilliantly but I've been getting out and about a lot with the dogs. Lovely walk today but slipped on some mud and ended up in A&E with a sprained ankle. It's a bit rubbish because I really was going to start the running / swimming again tomorrow.
Can I enter my wife for the TBL running clubs as she has today completed her first 10k off road race. Wasn't the best wether for her first time. PS Her PB is 1:16
I'm officially back on track with TLB running club. I've finished week one of boot camp. 3 weeks of getting up at 6am. Its been absolutely brilliant. Today was my first day off and I still got up for a jog. Seemed wrong not to get up and do exercise!! A day of sorting things out on the van lies ahead
