Believe me Snotty, I've got no problem in the wind releasing department. More tea vicar?
been a bit lazy over the past week, back on it today
What turbo you got?
2 of my bikes live in the dining room anyway so a turbo is the obvious next step...
Just got a Kickr ... the speed seems all to cock, but I like being able to dial in the power ... there are plenty of free cycling training videos on youtube that I haven't even needed to think about paying for swift etc. If you're passing let me know and drop in.
Once the weather dries up a bit I want to go over QECP for a play, so will give you a shout, still need to see the scoob too
Ahem... Didn't think they were in there permanently! If you get a turbo, then I get a treadmill!
Cool, you paying for both then?
And of course it's permanent, it's been at least 6 months already
just make sure to put something to catch the sweat from the turbo you don't want it rotting the carpet.
Ewwweee, is that a thing? We have laminate.
I have a turbo in the dining room but cycle so slowly I just glow rather than sweat!
Sounds like you are all set up for this new turbo ... just wipe the laminate after
10 milesish yesterday from Kettlewell down to Knipe Scar then followed the ridge wall to above Buckden and back down t dale to base. If you chucked a stick it would've hit a D of E. Fells looked like a bizarre Tetris with their colour coded rucksack covers.
Again this evening
Has everyone else stopped ... is it just me left? This evenings effort below
Any piccies of the Wellington Crew Memorial by chance...
