    Went for an afternoon bez up Great Whernside. Got partway up and clocked a blizzard heading our way. Seeing as I've already bounced the motor off various walls getting offt fell before in similar conditions, we legged it.

    Trail run in wind,rain,sleet,hail and snow
    With plenty of mud thrown in for good measure.
    It’s certainly a different beast than road running.
    Still it’s nice to be out amongst nature

    My new turbo trainer arrived yesterday along with the start of a cold. Set it up and did a couple of short sessions to try it out. so far so good.

    We went swimming as a family the other day
    I think I’m going to go on my own during school time
    I didn’t think one little thing about the outside world whilst I was in the pool
