The public sector strikes

  4. If hmrc ask for donations to take legal action against the strikers ill donate.... Oh wait, i already do it's called tax ;-)

  7. Shouldnt bother he obviously has a life plan that doesnt involve retiring or falling on hard times. Must be great to be that sure eh!

    There is too much of us being set against each other going on I feel - my suggestion would be to find out where money really comes from and then you won't give a stuff about private or public sector pensions because it's the same sacks of Marmite running the show behind the scenes whilst brothers and sisters fight each other...

  14. Happy to debate but defending someones right to say what they want when their views are ill concieved poorly thought through and prejudicial.... I'll pass on that (not referring to the previous couple of posters btw. :) :)

    You do need the extremes in society to arrive at a concensus but the axe grinders will always have more influence as the rest of us get on with our lives.

  18. I work in all the job centres in the midlands area ( as a ac engineer )
    And I only seen 1 lot of strikes last about an hour and a half it was pointless only a hand full of people did it .
    I don't have a pension I carnt afford it and the way some off the staff in these places talk while I'm there is sicking most of them think there better than others I'm not saying all off them but be lucky you may have something to fall back on as I'll have nothing
