  1. I've been trying a plus1 routine on the baby food instead of 5 tins I've picked up 6. Not the milk thou.
I would not take the last tin just for the sake of it.
We also went in a tea room today and could cut the atmosphere with a knife everyone is getting a bit of the jitters

  2. hey you are so right ... we will learn o_O

  3. If you don’t get them now they will be gone when you do need them & if you have to isolate for 2 weeks that’s actually quite a lot of food.... two shopping trolleys worth in our house at least... also there is nothing left in the supermarkets now so you might really struggle to get what you need..... I’m not advocating stocking up but it does seem a wise thing to do..... I only went to lidl for tomatoes for a salad tonight & there was no meat, bread, milk, pasta, rice, tinned food, pastries & only a limited amount of veg... I had to buy super expensive toms as they were the only ones left.... it is actually ridiculous the lengths we will have to go to get the essentials just to feed our families.

  12. My family of four uses on average 4 rolls a week so 40 would last us 10 weeks.... we have an unopened 12 pack so we are good for 3 weeks.... if however we run out & there are none left in the shops, I will be mad!

  16. If you get stuck head to booths in ulverston...it's not that far away.
It was quiet in there today and looked stocked up....a bit more civilised shopper not beating each other up for the last loaf..

I’d like to think that on the retailers forums, or shelf stackers forums they are talking about fixing old vans....
