There i have said it !. in truth i believe i am the only person on the planet who actually thinks they're ugly , i also think they are too small and handle like a skateboard with a outboard -- So crucify me -- see if i care
If i had to choose between them i would go Bay, BUT if i got offered a 24window i think i might be swayed
I like them but I love my latebay 8) In fact I think I like all cars/vans/busses/trucks Volkswagen have produced...... Except the mk3 Golf
I would go fo a Bay every time, Splities are just too small. But I would take a Syncro Wedge if offered one.
I like the look of them especially the twin cabs, panels and high tops but they aren't big enough so would stick with a Bay.
Splitties are cute. Ummmm,... that's about it. Oh, and that cool skull smashing art deco metal dash looks nice. They also have a nice engine sound, which you will notice when you're pushing it uphill. But mine has a sink, a stove, 2 double beds and cold beer in the fridge. Kinda hard to top that. And yes, the T25s are a bit of a mess. But make it a Syncro Westy and I will splash my panties every time. I guess I'm just a sucker for all-terrain. Can I put my Bay on a Syncro chassis? Has this ever been done? What despicable acts do I have to perform to make this happen?
OK, I'll admit it. That Splitty looks nice. But I won't take back the true fact. They all drive like a bag of s**t. They brake like a bag of s**t too. And they are incredibly cramped inside, especially the cabin.
