Great, thank you.
Personally I've never seen the point of full width bed in such a small van but each to the own mistakes,
hi Lost-en-france. No France, Spain and Italy but now realising I should at least do a few days in England before I head off!!
Thanks Paulcalf. Love the colours of the puddle jump. Will use the Techmenders weekend as my test run!
Try moving into it for a few days on your drive (if you have one) you'll soon find out what you're tripping over and never use. Loads of room in a van if there's only one of you though, I can get set up in 5 mins and packed up and away in 10-20 without rushing.
That's how the interior came. Not necessarily how I would do it either but will just have to make it work.
full width beds are quality, I wouldn't be without mine
We used the old bay as it came to find out if u worked for us then chop it about to make it work for us before spending cash redoing the complete interior.
Great idea. I'm based in London but when I visit my mum in a couple of weeks that's exactly what I'll do.
"Without Rushing" now that does sound good! Slower living is one of the reasons I'm enjoying the van already.
Are you a fat bloke
pleased to hear you find it works.
That makes sense, will do the same.
I'm the largest vegetarian in South Yorkshire!
Are you allowed in Yorkshire not being a meat eater, I understand the yorkies are an odd bunch.
Yorkshire folk are a lovely bunch and even allow vegetarians in!
I've lived in mine since September though until a month ago I was cheating - it was indoors while I built and messed about with the interior, had engine built etc etc. Well worth the effort, my previous was a tintop sort of weekender and a weekend was mote than enough, this one i love so much i turn down people's spare rooms. Doing it right now, spare room 20ft away, I'm staying in the bus.
Wow that's amazing and can totally get it. Yours must be lovely now after all the work!
I'm glad @zedders got this thread back on track, he is the sort of person you need to be following advice from........not large vegetarians!
Zedders is a God in here.
Well I've learned a lot this afternoon and also giggled a few times. Thanks!
Very happy to have found this forum.
