Plasterer has done spare room.

Artex, now skimmed over.

 

Correct, little bit in kitchen won't be seen once units in.

 

Years ago, a tight fisted friend of mine bought an LARGE artexed house, a scraper and a bag of dust masks. Pillock!

 

Old Artex can have asbestos in the plasterer said?

 

I didn't want to mention the artex before in case you were planning on living with it. All heart me.

 

Too right, we did tell him! crap cheap dust masks as well. He's not short of money either.

 

The day we viewed we both went AGHHHH ARTEX! only our bedroom left to plaster now to get rid.

 

It puts so many other possible buyers off it's a good thing if you have your head screwed on.

 

In fairness we've had a total rewire anyway so it's for the best. We've been in 35 days as of today and done loads but we're both knackered!

 

I have a pot of the purple if you want to match the rest of the walls.
