I'd use the tiles.

Tk Maxx skirting. Won't need much, kitchen units gotta go down all round normally wouldn't tile under but as they free why not? The main run you see on pic will have fridge in corner and units in a U shape, the only visible skirt will be by door/radiator

mrs lef gives me a right roasting for painting round pictures...

 

She be more upset if you painted over them.

 

Finished my floor tonight (bar grouting) floor was a total git level wise where the old wall was and then drops off a mile by the door.... Had to get inventive and go by eye with a few (so there's the odd high corner here and there) and shave the bottom of the door (getting new one anyway) glad it's done my knees are wrecking.

 

my floor was 2mm at the door and 25mm lower at the bottom of the kitchen...

I miss the slope cos the toilet is at the bottom of the kitchen..

 

I think I need a bigger trailer tho....



That's just off this bit up the top, I already filled the green bin jumped in it and filled again, plus took 13 bags of crap this morning.... The golf was on its arse.

lol there's too much to do before then we still got front to do yet and the rest of this side - never had a garden so big.

 

mrs roo is the brains i'm just the hired help to move rubbish lol - yeah i wish i'd kept my caddy i think! the golf is like a skip inside.
