At the top end of the garden I'm gonna put a small shed (8x8) so the old fireplace is to be used for hardcore under the slabs. Managed to lay 7 but ran out of sand and cement. I could have squeezed a 12 foot wide in the gap but decided to leave space around it incase the electric board needed to get to their fence, (there's a transformer in that fenced area).
Maybe in the future but on removal of the fire we found the old back boiler is still in situ from when it was coal and we won't have the cash so for now it's gonna be blanked off with provision to re open in the future.
Where do you stand if it's on the 3 star plan having passed its test, then it suddenly breaks for no apparent reason and they can't get parts? These things get tempramental after being poked.... Also, your aircraft hanger is + years old then?
the plan covers all of the system not just boiler so who knows, the garage was up 24 years ago when the old guy who used to own moved in according to his daughter so that explains their lack of understanding when i said it wasn't on the deeds.
Front room is plastered now, rewire 75% done, ripped kitchen out totally today and built temporary in garage. 'Twas a tad mucky under the sink.... Lovely br0wn tiles, tiled over more br0wn....
Blimey, you have been busy! You'll have it all sorted in no time if you keep this pace up Hope you're all super happy there
No updates for a bit, front room plaster now dry and I've done skirting and door frames Kitchen plaster done including roof Bit of painting soon and plaster bedrooms monday.
You and your fancy mouldings, couldn't stop yourself eh? Lawrence lou-eleen poo bus. Aren't skirting boards supposed to be taller than architrave round the doors?
Decorating in front room now done bar the glossing of skirting and new doors. Thought it wise to leave gloss until plasterer has finished totally.
