It's a shame you had to use the guages to block the stereo hole, they'd have looked better at the same height as the other dials.
Looking good - another bit ticked off. :)

We did think about putting them elsewhere and lining them up with the other gauges but we didnt want to hack the dash!

Next job is to insulate the roof and fit the roof linings once we know the electrics are functioning correctly!

Been a while since Gusbus had an update, so here goes - dashboard refit and rewire is all done now, heat ex cables connected and stereo mounted up.

If all goes to plan, tomorrow we can pop the rear lights in, wire them up and finish off clipping the wiring looms back into place..hopefully :)

  6. Wow Mark, Gusbus is starting to look awesome! 8)

Only problem I can see is whether you like Michelle's taste in music or not as it seems she will now be the main radio fiddler what with it being in front of her ^-^

Heres an update for Birdy as he told us off at the weekend for slacking on Gusbus recently, so here is a quicky!!

Electrics are all checked and working okay, the lighting circuit functions as it should (we need a new relay for the main & dipped beam) along with the fog lights!

Next is tidy up a few odds and ends and fasten up the wiring harness inside the front panel then prepare the cables to refit the engine - which will be in a week or so!
