Where did you get the bulkhead covers Mark?
Maybe I'm blind but can't find them anywhere. :(

Bulkhead covers came fitted to Deluxe models, these are from a guy whose garage caught fire gutting his bus, he sold a load of bits oss. Have a search on ebay or the various forums, they do come up for sale now and again.

Or try FBI VW or the other breakers, they may have some

    Thanks Mark :)
OSI is a deluxe van converted to a camper & those bits have taken a beating over the intervening 38 years. Back to EvilBay, The Samba etc I go ^-^

    Hi Dale,

We are bleeding the brakes next week so it should be going in a week on monday - fingers crossed; we just have to get all of the bits out of storage!

For the first time in 3 years we have a fully set up and working braking system - front brakes, rear brakes and handbrake..major milestone for us! The only thing we do now know is if the servo works; its been refurbished and checked to see if the diaphram works but thats as far as we can go.

Next...engine in time, I'm getting all the bits together now ;D
