As the saying goes, dont judge a man until you've walked a mile in his shoes, or somesuch *****.
So for any angry people who get in a hissy because there's a truck in front of them making their journey take an extra 60 seconds, go drive a wagon for a week, see how you get on :baggy:

 

It seems you think I'm having a go at truckers, I'm not, and no one has yet answered my question, what makes any trucker (or c2 driver - as pointed out earlier) think they have the right to decide they can make the traffic flow differently than the road is signed?
Anyone?

 

I don't think you're having a go, I'm just posting in general, along with a spot of sarcasm!
The answer is no trucker has the RIGHT to do that, whether he does it or not is just a personal choice based on his mood (could be Grumpy! ) and what's going on around him. could be a good or bad judgement. I've seen car drivers, bus drivers etc etc doing it aswell.

The problem is that if anyone on any thread that seems to be having a go at any particular Job / Trade / Profession, the people in that Job / Trade / Profession feel the need to jump in and defend their Job / Trade / Profession, Be it the Filth , Plumbers, Council workers, Lorry drivers, NHS workers, Teachers or whatever. Makes me laugh coz before I started working for the Local Authority I was the one who slated the Council at every opportunity But now working there I know more than ever that I was right, Coz even the well run, well organised Tory Council like I work for is a *****ing Joke

I say sen d the paddys in and tarmac all the green bits then the UK might have enough space for all the vehicles.
