  4. spent the afternoon scraping a rear arch of waxoyl and original old underseal...... all I can say is, it was on really good. I even found some original beige paint but unfortunately also found 2 small holes to the inner arch. out comes the welder again....
    arms ache after the workout but can still hold a whiskey glass...

    I’d give the floor a good going over with a wife brush in the grinder.
    Then you can see if you can get away with welding a few patches in or if a replacement floor is a better option.

  14. A wife brush is what you use when you need something harsher than a wire brush
     
  15. 3 Point seat belts front and back

    They don't half hide those fixing pints at the back well..

    Any crew cab owners managed to get a 3 point for the middle or is it all belts only there? [​IMG][​IMG]

    It’s 6:00pm and I’ve just started to clean the van as the son has decided we are going to Husbands Bosworth festival tomorrow to watch the bands, drink beer, look at the classic car show, drink beer and sleep over, sleep off the beer, with all the other VW owners.

    Went over to EVO Design today to take at look at their flat pack CNC camper furniture. Looks well made and reasonably priced. Tempted to get one, but part of me feels obliged to make it from scratch? Thoughts?[​IMG]
