  4. Gotta tiddy up wiring when it's fitted and new fuel lines !! It's basically same as I have bar the empi linkage !! It's runs and revs really good to

  5. I'd do it for most of my pals mate less than £800
    Long block, new rings ,heads stripped valves lapped ,barrels honed , all new seals , fully powder coated, I rebuilt a used set of 34 webber icts with manifolds and linkage, made new coil bracket, painted all exhaust parts , new fuel lines and filter (all round), new engine mounts , new breather hoses,new leads,new coil,new cap and arm ,new plugs, ballenced carbs and tuned and fully fitted !!! (All this monies is parts have receipts but allso alll new fixings and stainless for free I have around )

  7. Fitted dash pod seal. Drove van to Screwfix to buy anti-tree-on-your-head hat. Did Jack's Bush and the Wallops again for a run.
     
  8. I had a day off today, so pulled the engine to get at my squeaking fan. As suspected, it had cracked all the way round. It may have been old age, but also could have been over torqued, as I had to use an impact driver to get the nut off. I lashed it down, as I was worried it would fly about the place.

    Have you tried a suppository could ease some of the reverse thrust. Only saying as this has worked in the past.

  12. Tonight I swore alot but managed to transfer a complete built up engine in to the camper ready to install the weekend !!

  14. Great difficulty slid the engine stand under neath and tipped it up whilst mrs yanked out the stand I rested the other end down/dropped
