  1. What about using a M12 bottoming tap ? I appreciate the HT starters are expensive but they are a completely new item not refurbed

Some winter maintenance ready for the action packed road trips this year painted new drums and rear end as it lasted 3 years also polished up the vintage speed and removed bumper to clean and wax and replace rusty bumper bolts I got at dubfreeze and started on my annual wheel polish 1st 1 done [​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]

  8. 'Tis grand. So many new bits, I was pacing up and down like expectant fathers of old. He romped up the hill in third gear on the way back.

    Serviced Gusbus earlier today, new oil and replacement oil filter. The oil was a bit on the black side but I am pleased to say there is nothing in the oil, no silver shimmer to it. Jobs a good in :hattip:

    Tightened the rear, left hand wheel bearing up, it had about 4mm movement in it.

    Roll on camping weather :D

  17. Connected up the Vac pipe to the remote servo and the balance pipe between the two manifolds. Just the brake pipes to go now. Had enough lying on my back for one day. God I am getting old.

    Picked it up having had the headliner replaced where I cut it out to refurb the pop-top.
    Equinox Interiors, Bristol - Highly recommended!
