Cab floor insulation done any recommendation on floor. Hardboard or ply ???

been a bit quite over christmas but now back to the van ...
one window done , seat and floor in, YES will be changing the seat fabric eventually !!!!

started on the front brakes and wheel bearings ...

 

I'm doing my floor in two layers of 9mm marine ply, bottom piece is cut to fit the "low" middle of the floor, this is then pop riveted down to the steel floor.
The second piece of 9mm ply is cut to fit the whole area, and this is screwed down into the lower sheet.
Covering the whole floor is a sheet of "Marmolium" ( expensive lino!!) .

Any hints for edging on the floor. Got about 9 mm of ply plus 5 mm Lino flooring
Seen some right angle aluminium in b n q but looks a bit rough ?????
