Yes mate 2 on each valve, I have a valve spring compressor you could borrow if needed but be quicker to buy one local for £20 I would think.
Its hard to tell from photos, You could take the rings off put them in the barrel to start with then measure the gap with a feeler gauge, they need to go in the barrel level, I find the easiest way to get them out is with a feeler gauge. They are brittle
If I am honest I would say someone has put a new set of rings on a set of pistons that were probably a bit past it. It is hard to tell from pictures though !!!
Ok so the Ok so the ring gap of the thicker ring is 0.016 and the thinner 1 in 0.014 (not sure y they would spray new barrels as they look painted ) and I'm just looking for the right gaps ect anyone no ?? Maybe the barrels worn ?

I drink tea buddy lol and iv done what mick said I was on the drive when he was asking me to check buddy lol !!
That pistons pretty much new as are the rings, the oil ring doesn't look like its sticks out much, but I can't see anything obvious , are you running twin carbs? I would pull all the valves out and check the guides
