Watched any good (or bad) movies recently?

Doesn't have to be a new release or anything. We've been watching a few from lovefilm, some really good, some absolute turkeys....
Always good to see whats out there even if you miss it the 1st (or 2nd 3rd) time out there

The lives of others - German movie with subtitles. Set in East Berlin. Very good movie, definately worth a watch!

O Brother where art thou? - George Clooney, Coen brothers movie. Really enjoyed it, worth a watch!

In Time - Load of old rubbish!

War Horse - meh, not for me sorry

The Woman in black = brilliant
Sherlock Holmes 2 = AWESOME
The Double = Its a ok film
This Means War = Brilliant looooooooooooooooool

Crap films

Another Earth= Long winded
In Time = Really slow to get going even then crap

 

... I saw "Senna" recently. Superb even if you don't like motor sport. "The Thing" prequel isn't too bad either. Both the "Iron Man" films are stupid background noise but quite fun.

The missus watched 'Never let me go' last night. Her opinion.... OMG, how depressing

 

nightmare on elm street 5 craaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaap it used to scare the livin day lights out of me lol PANTS ;D

 

I was surprised how much we enjoyed 'Cowboys vs. Aliens'

We have 'Hobo with a Shotgun' from Lovefilm at the moment - I think I need a lot of booze to fully appreciate this one...

 

I downloaded and watched 'take me home tonight'
It was a 80's syle film that was just about a party - pretty run of the mill but had a great soundtrack
If you liked the 80's teen films you would love this.

 

Watched Sherlock Holmes 2 last night and thoroughly enjoyed it.

 

Mission Impossible 23, (or whatever the latest one is) - Actually quite enjoyable as an easy watching, float along action film. You could pick it apart with the inaccuracies but enjoyable not the less.

 

Watched Jackass 3 at the weekend. If you enjoyed the others then it's brilliant. If you didn't, you'll hate it. I laughed myself stupid, and nearly puked a few times.

Started watching Senna too. What I've seen so far has been great. Didn't realise that the FIA was even more bent back then than it is now.

 

I watched Really badly dubbed film last night in Germany, the waterboy in German just aint funny

 

if a film of a gig qualifies , ? "the last waltz">"the bands"s" last gig ever , i ve seen a lot of gigs but this is that !!! gig i so wish i"d been to !( but pretty sure it was invite only )

 

Hmmm I fancy watching 'Senna' now. Not a F1 fan at all but I'm now going to add it to my list for sure

 

Das Boot, best submarine movie ever made, swear I could taste chlorine and salt water at the end of it!

Got senna waiting to roll, think i'll give it a look now. Off to see dark Shadows tonight. Ill let you know...
