I've heard if you put reflective tape on your bumper people will go around and pass you faster, rather than lingering behind you, lighting up your mirrors and hoping that you will somehow miraculously develop the ability to go faster. We call them tailgaters over here. They are too lazy to change lanes and will follow you for miles and miles with their lights drilling into your brain. Reflective tape drills right back and gets them off your ass. I would think it would also be a good safety feature. It's not uncommon for people to drive 90MPH over here. (145KPH) I have had far too many people nearly hit me because they assume I am going at least 70. Then the idiots slam on their brakes, swerve desperately around and honk at me, flipping me the finger as if any of it was my fault. I haven't put it on my bumpers yet, but I posted it anyway because it's a good safety idea I wanted to share. I will be doing it soon.
Like the idea of the reflective stuff though l am sure our laws don't allow White to be used on the back.
How about a little luxury in the form of illuminated cupboards. And because they slide in you will also have a torch as the ready.
And one item I could not camp without: Velcro. It really does have a million uses of sticking this that and the other to this that and the other.
Baywatcher, fairy lights are lights on a cord, like xmas tree lights etc. Why we call them fairy lights is another question and i do not know the answer i'm afraid. As you are well aware we Brits are weird and have a colourful approach to our langauge. Note how colourful was spelt there. Thats the correct way. Tell your friends. ;D

Never thought of a roll cage wtf are you running! If money was no object I would create a porshe bus how it might have been done when our buses were new. Like cosworth do for ford and amg for mercedes. Fairy lights were £2 from Ikea but I've seen strips of leds on ebay for a couple of quid a strip. Hope that cupboard light goes on and off like a fridge!
