    Can't comment on the lowering thing without sounding neg, soz , appreciate the look can't stand the ride. good work all the same- I so know how it feels to make progress. :thumbsup::thumbsup:
     
  8. No worries ma man, can't all like the same things can we. Should have seen the amount of stick I got for putting early panels on a late bug year before last haha!!
    There's nothing better than a good bit of progress is there! You spend days, weeks hard at it and feel like your getting no where and then in one evening you bolt on a few bits and it feels like you have achieved shed loads :lol:

  10. Treated the old girl to some new wheels recently.
    They are a little bit wider than I wanted tho unfortunately!

    Mercededs lorinser bbs 5x112!
    Some Tyres were fitted when new and they sat in a lorinser show room back in the early 80s, then they were put into storage somewhere in Austria until recently when they found there way to me!
    Other than a few storage marks they are still new. Original metal center caps too :)

  11. This is what the underneath is looking like now.....finally :lol: not a nice job when the bus is only 15 inches off the ground! I have spent days under there! So glad it's done now haha. I have used a rust converter under the whole bus before painting and I'm going to use epoxy 121 and then probably schutz when it's all finished!

  20. hi russ yeh just on sunday ,twas windy but the racing and the turn out was good , glad you enjoyed it . Thought you wouldnt have any probs with the wheels they were cool .
