Turning away large sale in the current climate

Yeah hello, is that Tesco customer service? Just sent you an email with my shopping list on it. Its a big one, any chance you could quote me for it, oh yeah and if you think I've forgotten anything feel free to lob that it too..... Don't mess me about I need to get this sorted quick so I can email Argos my Christmas list for them to price up for me......

 

As all you get when you phone up a supplier is forcing an employee to fill out your order for you on their own website, its not surprising that if they are busy they tell you to do it yourself.

Which should take about the same amount of your time as a phone call. .
