    Built a solid state relay to get rid of an annoying parasitic drain from a relay that caused the starter battery to go flat when one of two fuses blew and I forgot to check the other one.
    Root cause: quick lashup about 4 years old.

    Fitted the relay as it was a drop in for a Halfords 30A relay.

    Fired it up went for a drive and everything fine...not been to well recently so thought it would clear my head...it worked so chill everyone I don't have man corona virus just bunged up sinuses..

    Finished replacing front calipers due to pulling, bled same road tested and all seems fine.
    Stops in a straight line at last without any hairy moments diving into on coming traffic.
    Have yet to readjust handbrake, bleed the system again and check the slight squeal.
    Feeling quite relieved now :):thumbsup:.

    Fired him up after about 10 seconds of turning over (not too shabby after a month long lay up in the damp winter air) and was pleasantly surprised the handbrake brake shoes weren’t stuck to the drums.
    Drove him up to the hospital for a bit of a run, and then remembered my non-opening drivers window as I tried to get the ticket for the car park barrier
    Someone remind me to fix it this weekend please!

    Yeah all good thanks. Have another 2 week wait now whilst my case is discussed and they decided whether to err on the side of caution and biopsy first, or just throw caution to the wind, operate and be damned :D
    The good thing is that the longer it drags on, the less chance that I’ll miss techenders!!

    Weekly battery top up ... now only takes under a minute.

    Started up first time after a couple of months.

    Ran for a bit with exhaust taken outside via a scaff pipe.

    Moved stuff around a bit more in the store to get me a little closer to having the project shell in the right place for paint prep.
