  5. Been here since 9.00, compression down on No.3 so doing tappets all round.
    Carb filter housing needs modding from DCOE spec then we'll get him on the RR.

    It's doing it right at the point of lift off at the top, has been fine for road driving. o_O

  19. Not a clue dude :thinking: that is proper odd!! Was a brand new belt on there when you took it away too!!

    There is a little bit of alignment adjustment on the pivot bracket, that holds the alt on to the the fan shroud... maybe 5mm either way max adjustment... So it is possible that you are slightly miss-aligned!!

    Was the low comp on 3 a tight tappet? Everything is still bedding in, so it is possible that tappets can go tight :)
