sober for october? anyone?

Give up the grog!..... Not me, I know what I'm like when I'm sober! Even my kids dislike me when I haven't had a skinful and lets face it, it's the only time my wife gets more than a minutes worth of serious loving without me popping me cork!

 

I stopped drinking yonks ago ,then I met my new mate PT2, who, being a diamond TLB geezer ,gifted me some well fit English cider , I was reborn ! so ,until my very good TLB pal ,PT2 returns wiv some more very fine English cider I shall be in abstinence , u listening PT2? aint u due a drop at Westgate round about now, bruv?

Im sober every month (being serious) last time I had a drink was probably well over a year. Dont miss it at all, I used to drink like a fish when I went out.

 

I'm having a nice cup of coffee at the moment, does that count?
Is there any other way to handle TLB other than drinking?

Never have and I think its a legal responsibility to drink something every day with alcohol in it here in France.

I've not had a drink in years and am the epitome of good health!!

Serious though, stay off it for a month and see how bad you feel when you get back on it (and not just hangovers).
