Some dubious looking stains on some of those seats

 

Youngest has defo thrown up on them !!

 

Westy Plaid might not be modern and sexy but it hides a multitude of sins!

 

Front flaps finally fitted after having them since April!!

Means the gas bottle won't keep getting covered in crap



Was a bit of a faff due to the gas bottle and the BBQ point I had fitted previously.

Also the bottoms are only 3 inches off the ground but it'll be fine

 

They look good. I've been looking for something similar myself, just as long as it doesn't have EMPI or similar printed on them! Where did you get them?

 

i got them from @rickyrooo1 they are genuine VW ones. I think Alan Schofield do a decent repro set

Good job pkrboo, you'll wonder why you didn't fit a set ages ago.
They make a real difference to keeping the sides & cills clean as well

 

Mine have vw on them. Is it a crime? Then again i only have two pairs of rears. Will fit em just off the ground i reckon to be totally non fash.

No, the rears I have have VW on them. That'll be the next job, just trying to decide if I will bother making proper mounts/brackets for them

 

I only have two sets of rears. Hadnt actually noticed what the fronts looked like. Was going to make some brackets of some description. Need em on one side to protect my propex as thats where its going ie jst behind the outrigger.

 

I'd love a pair with VW on them but couldn't find any. I just don't like the big EMPI logo on most of the ones that I've seen
