They have removed the bungalow from the market, we have 4 properties to view today.
Good luck to you both.
Keep everything crossed had an offer accepted on one we saw today, empty but needs modernisation (think 70's everything) loads of space (for a bungalow) and a 28 foot garage.... Can't get Virgin media though and it's 13 miles from work but nearer Wolvo for the Mrs we're excited about making it ours but crapping it about getting it done as we're used to tidy and shiny.....
Good luck with this one.
If it was tidy and shiny when you bought it, it wouldn't be 'your' tidy and shiny would it? Give it a year of hard work and you'll make it properly yours.
That's what the Mrs said, as much as we liked the one we lost we were spending our budget on it and couldn't have altered much, this one however can eventually be our own design etc.
And a good sized garage.
My last house up in Donny was rented till I moved Darnn Sarff, I was only looking at houses that had a big garage and tall enough door for the bus, First thing I did when viewing was measure the door height, I knew it was only temporary so the first one I found I said I'll have it the bloke said don't yer wanna look inside the house
Good Luck Rooster
From a house to a home ,eventually we will probably move , I want one finished next time...
Good luck mate - the house finds you - paint it poo!
I can understand that. If I buy another I want modern, no garden, no faults.
It's bloomin massive loads of ground next to it too.
Is it tall enough to get the bus in or will you have to buy a tintop?
It's tall enough
That's huge! Good luck with this one.
Hurry up with your house, We want you to extend ours like that
Book now for 2017!!
will you be having tech benders their rick
Erm....now call me fussy.....but doesn't a house need a front door?
Its got sky so you could get freesat
That's just a side view to show the garage
It's a corner plot so all this along the side is with it too.
Deffo yam yam territory tho' it's in Great Wyrley.
