We have posted out just over 3,500 subscriptions for issue 3 and have had 72 complaints that they have not arrived or have been opened,
Unfortunately we have no other option but to use the Royal mail Please email your address to hayburner@hotmail.co.uk we will send you another copy and forward your email to the RM with the other 72.
