My plan is to steal the picture that @theBusmonkey put up of @Mrs Busmonkey positive test and email to my boss. He's never seen my kitchen worktop so he'll never know it's different. #extraweekoff. To be fair I've just had 9 weeks off sick, so it's probably my turn to work

Knowing how genuinely depraved some people are I wouldn't mind betting you could buy a positive LFT on eBay. I've not looked.
Just for giggles I had to look on eBay, I'm surprised but my faith has been restored in humanity a little, no get out of work tests I could find for sale.
It's tough times ahead again for hospitality I think. One of our local pubs had a high proportion of their table / food bookings cancel between now and New Year (they are closed for Christmas anyway), and the landlady Caroline was understandably feeling a mixture of miserable and rather irked with the mixed information coming out of No. 10.... the Good Morning Britain team were at her pub this morning as part of their report on the subject, and apparently she is now fully booked again! Not to mention, the pub dog (who has his own instagram page) has now got over 60K followers after muscling in on the outside broadcast! Every cloud 'n' all that!

But even I’m starting to wonder how much the information we are being fed is just from the pharma companies. last week we were told that 90% of those people in hospital were unvaccinated. So the five million unvaccinated. Do your part and get jabbed. Today borris is saying that 90% of the people in ICU aren’t triple jabbed so go and get a booster. well it can’t be both can it? And in South Africa with a population about the same as ours, only a tiny proportion are triple jabbed and their hospital admissions are less than ours. You can see why anti borris or anti pharma or anti capitalists are having a field day. And also how many of those in ICU were doubled jabbed and had no underlying issues at all. I bet hardly any.
Arguably two different things as not everyone who goes into hospital go into ICU There have been a number of articles recently where consultants on ICU have said all their covid patients are unvaccinated. I realise only anecdotal.
Exactly. So if 90% were unvaccinated. Where have they all gone to now allow 90% to be double jabbed? All the unvaccinated went home and now suddenly only double jabbed people require ICU??
