We have Menthol cigarette and std cigarette flavours, neither of which we use any more.
Currently I have sex on the beach (much better than is sounds), vanilla, caramel and pineapple. @Mrs Top Banana Racing is sticking to grape at the moment, neither of us have had a real fag for quite a while now.
You really do feel much better.

I looked at that site as well Para but I had to retreat confused. Cartridges, drip tips, cones, clearomisers. So I thought I'd have a read of their forum to learn what's what. It was even more confusing so I think I may pop into a local e.cig shop and get some advice.
I wasn't impressed that the starter kit doesn't come with a charger.

 

The starter kit comes with a usb lead so you can charge it from your computer

 

Same problem, too confusing, seems like these e ciggys have invented there own language incl stupid names for the "tastes"

Anyone going the rebuildable atomiser route, the latest bottom coil tank ones are quite good, I've recently got a Fogger V2 bargain at about £25, you can make vertical or horizontal coils and use a wide variety of wicking materials successfully and they have a air draw adjustment which helps with controlling the wicking rate. Best used with a decent battery body though that has at least variable voltage.

Went into town centre today just to visit the e-cig shop, bought a rebuild able bottom coil tank & some juice, I got some French vanilla ice cream & tutti fruiti. You could try all the flavours in the shop whilst chillin on a sofa

Ive researched a lot round the net about vaping and i honestly belive this is the way i will stop smoking

Would anybody be interested in a sort of diary of how i get along from day one with honest views on it?

 

Liberty flights are pretty good on shipping stuff out.
some people find it easier to phase in ecigs while still smoking tobacco.
when you get your kit experiment with different styles of draw - slow/fast long/short etc, and also hitting the button a second or 2 before you draw to get the atomizer warmed up.
If youre getting the ce4 style atomizers dont fill them right up to the top, at least at first. They have a tendency to make the wick too wet, you'll know if that happens because you'll hear lots of bubbling sounds and not get much vapour. The opposite issue is not wicking enough, then you'll get a harsh hit in the throat and not much flavour. To cure that take strong draws without activating the button this will draw some liquid from the tank into the wick due to negative pressure in the atomizer, alternatively you can add a bit of water to the liquid, about 5-10% to make it thinner then it'll wick better.

Well it arrived
It took about two mins to open the packet fill with fluid screw it all together and take my first toke
Initial impression is that i like it
