aah if you are in the disabled camping area you are on a different site to me, the disabled camping area is usually on the opposite side to the campervan area! they're both good though as there are plenty of showers and toilets

  5. can't wait.Be better when they put the line up of the rest of the acts.

  6. Iam hoping to go this year.

  7. I informed Donnups that i will be going to Download (well i asked for permission and she said yes)

The Prodigy are playing so i'm all over it on the Friday and i dont mind a bit of Metallica. Not a huge Sabbath fan but im sure there will be something more to my liking on the Sunday.

How much extra are they charging for campers? Its not a rip off like the IOW Festival is it? 3 day ticket costs £180.00 and with it being just myself going if its well expensive for a camper ticket i'll just go in my daily and tent it instead.

  8. Just checked with my mate who got the tickets and he reacons there is a £66 surcharge for campervans for the three days.

  9.
  10. Well Donnups blew me away on my birthday and bought me a weekend campervan ticket :)

Cant wait to see The Prodigy drop some new beats and then Metallica playing the whole of the Black album in full :)

Ive never been to a music festival in a camper so really looking forward to living it up in Rusty for 3 days :) It can rain for all i care :))

excellent news buddy, you're really lucky to get a campervan ticket as they sell out really quickly, you going alone? we'll be the ones with a silver t4 and a beer bong on the go at 6am ;) CAMP DOG

you know your mates can join you on your pitch, you're allowed an awning and a 2 man tent. they can park up on the normal car parks and walk up to the campervan site. its much nicer there, decent toilets and working showers!

its so much better than being in a tent!, just makes the whole experience that much nicer and safer. you have somewhere to lock up all your belongings for a start, and somewhere to go and get dry and warm. the campervan tent at download is really friendly too!
