  2. I can't make this Wed mate but we will def hook up and I will have a cruse there with you at some point...

  3. I prefer other people's buses without the tyre on the front, but for some reason prefer mine with it. I've tried both (I have a spare badge and a roll of trim tape in the garage for when the mood takes me) but have ended up with the tyre on the front most of the time.

  5. Took the spare wheel off the front today and it's pretty mint underneath no dents - so it's looking like I am gonna take it off for good and sort the front panel out soon! :)

  6. Thanks for that mate! I am def going to make it along there! (If I am not working a late shift)
Also I was kind of thinking of maybe starting with a few people a West London VW club... What's your thoughts? There is loads round where I live! I am still up for the Weed Huggers meet up though.

  7. You're lucky - yours has a much neater wheel attachment than mine does, someone has welded a great piece of metal to mine and caused the front to dent. So until mine needs a new front I'm keeping the wheel there.

  8. I didn't want the front panel to be deformed but also didn't want the wheel eating into space inside the van. I didn't want a rear mounted carrier blocking access to the engine. So, based on what I didn't want I decided to get some bull bars and mount the spare on the bars.
