You need to pull that cover off malc and wrap it in tartan to match your van

For christ sake its some bent tube a bit of foam and a cover Id say £60 for a repro would be a fair price


Malc if it is truely an original then sell the bugger at a show for big quids and spend the money on fuel and campsite fees

 

Agreed. Not much use outside of the show visual etc. mine came wih its stool and strap when i bought the van 12 years ago. From that day its been wrapped in brown paper (along with my special mags) in the loft. I take it out when we go to shows but its a pain in the bum for use in the van.

I'd still buy another one though at a stupid price. Weird bunch aint we.

 

Personal view is they are overpriced and take up a lot of space when opening the slider. Maybe get a stool which folds up to the back of the passenger seat and drops down when required.
