Buyer's impression?

I thought this was about the buyer’s impression? I’m not that good at them but I can do a passable Michael Caine, and Snape and Hagrid from the Harry Potter movies. Hope this helps....

 

I only posted the one photo on here because I wanted to see whether the "rotten six inches" theory was the consensus.
The rest of it looks ok, but photos only go so far.
It's a short enough trip to see the whole bus up close, so when I've done that (as I say, warm up act) I'll "move on".
If the rest of it IS fine then I have the option to make a super silly offer (on the assumption that someone has to go round the chassis getting things back to normal) and see what happens ... My M O when looking is going to be, make the effort to see stuff but look for reasons NOT to buy.

 

I don’t think it’s a bus I would go near unless I was looking for a big cheap project.
That photo clearly shows a load of filler.
It’s either over holes / rot / fibreglass / newspaper or really poor quality welding.
In my experience if that part of the bus is like that the rest of it is unlikely to be much better.

This is only an opinion - obviously

 

The only way you really know is to ...slide under there and have a good 5 mins of investigation .
And then inside, like in the style of a drug enforcement officer .

Quite ... It's near enough to do that ... but I'm not expecting it to be too hot under there.

Hi Mark, I looked at their site and Brazzies not for me! Also, it'll be a year now before road trips are back on the agenda, so thought I'd do a slow burn search

Yes ... I might just go to give them some emotional blackmail around selling to some unsuspecting soul, as a "restored" bus, for roughly twice what it's "worth"!
