Was that the one where they systematically ensured that the most well-off in society became even wealthier at the expense of those who can least afford it, while doing nothing to reign in the destructive practices of a morally bankrupt financial sector, the heads of which walk away with bonuses, cutting essential services, selling off education, health, spending vast sums on state snooping and surveillance...the number of people forced to rely on food banks around 1/2 million and rising.....£100, 000 a throw for missiles dropped on Syrian civilians....Yep..I think we've arrived
Check this micro site out if you want to see what Park run is about. http://loveparkrun.com/?utm_source=solus&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=little_stoke I'm on 73, i haven't ran them all because I've walked a few with my new puppy. (Note to the chap who can't walk his dog cause of the pesky park runners) In all the times I've ran I've never seen anything but joy to other park runners and other members of the public. It helps so many people who have never ran before to get started, which can only be good news for their health. The idea that a parish council is looking to charge is scandalous. I have done 4 different venues and they all have cafe's attached which are packed after the event with runners having get together over a coffee, tea or a well earned bacon buttie so adding to the local economy. I've signed the petition and would ask all right minded individuals, who are interested in our nations health (both physical and mental) to do the same.
Mental health kinda sums some answers up for me. Folk need to get out more and stop being angry of mayfair.
