That's what I thought
So its not being fixed then and the sprayer/transporter are getting away with the damage then?
Is it my eyes, dodgy picture or is there a major issue with the seam/panel gap on the Offside ?
It's ya eyes!
I think your eyes are functioning correctly..
The person that put that paint on (see I didn't call him a painter) wants a proper good slap.
Unless the plan all along was a cheap paint job and sell it on ... you can’t put lipstick on a pig , this bus is a minger with a lot of issues which even with a good application of lipstick wouldn’t have hidden ...GLWS
This ^ seems strange how it's gone up for sale before anyone had a chance to rectify the issues?
Maybe the owner just shot of it, to draw a line. If I were buying, think I'd like a good look at the engine/rear end before parting with cash...
Maybe? I just think if it was mine, i'd hold out a little longer than 9 days for a resolution before i slapped a link to a facebook ad on vzi.
Drove past it last week , was going to pull over and offer some opinion/help but thought better of it - thinking i might come across some internet VW weirdo .
It`s been parked up for at least 3 years and i passed most days just wishing they`d do something with it , shame its turned out so badly ....
Have we been taken for a ride I wonder?
Don't think so. The exhaust fell off.
How much is it up for sale for, anyone know?
OP was posting for parts wanted, for when it came back from the "painter", so it looks to me like an upset person deciding to cut and run rather than have to deal with what sounds like two sets of bar stewards?
I think the OP has had a dawning realisation that you can keep sinking money into them; and get it wrong and you’ve still got a lemon.
I’d love to see it get £7k but I can’t see it happening. There are much better out there for that sort of cash.
I don't remember a parts wanted, merely a place to vex.
