You've done the right thing. ***** them that can't afford to deal with it, you can. Are you spposed to suffer just becuase someone else can't get off their arse? No.

Right result. Sometimes you got to get an expert in and pay the price. That's because they know what to do

 

I'd have been in pieces if I'd been in this situation. I'd have quite happily paid an expert to sort it out and take away the stress.

Tis true you pay for an expert to get the right result.
I lost a £10,000 tribunal because I didn't use a Barrister and the others did.
I thought I was so much in the right I didn't need one.
The tribunal adjudicators actually agreed and said so but had to award to the other side purely on a point of law that I had no knowledge of.
You live and learn!
So glad the right result has come out of it as I know how stressful these things are. ;D
You may even find that you don't get the speeding fine sent, the authorities are notoriously disorganised at such things. Here's hoping eh?
