Another Camper restoration injury [UPDATED with new pics]

I'm sure the doctors and nurses know what they are doing fella

 

the stitching looks fine to me i had 30 odd staples holding my arm together and four years on you can hardly see and i believe the face heals better than other bits

 

I think the stitching is very neat, Having been on the receiving end of NHS treatment alot I've got every faith in the facial surgeon who sewed me up. The tails of the stitches (like shoelace ends) are what might make it look messy.

 

This should be moved from general to restoration, weekly updates on the repairs ;D

Seriously mate, good luck with the healing process, you might not have much of a top lip right now but you've certainly got some balls..!!!

You're right to say so if that's what you think - if it were me I'd be worried but grateful. But maybe a PM would have been more appropriate - it could look like you're more interested in a debate on the subject than helping the OP. .

I had my collarbone fixed with a plate last year. 4 inch scar with stitches that looked like yours. I was thinking I'd have a manly scar to show off, but I can hardly see it now.

 

Meant to say - That's nasty, hope it heals up alright m8.
