This weeks update: Got a little bit more organised and booked the gym classes at the weekend so I actually got a place for spinning. Monday, thankfully my legs were OK from the rollerblading so we did badminton again. Tuesday was combatfit after work, then my dad made me walk to the pub when I got home for my first lint since new year. Thursday was spinning, that was pretty tough, but the format had changed a bit and I think I enjoyed it more. One of the girls from badminton was telling me about doing parkruns, so I had planned to tag along yesterday, but woke up with a chesty cough and sort throat, so I opted for a rest day instead, no point getting ill. Still doing alright at the food stuff, Friday is usually treat lunch at work, we went to the café, but I had jacket spud instead of my usual sausage and chips. I'm getting a bit less heavy now too, which is nice. Next week there's no badminton as 2 of the others are moving house at the weekend and haven't packed yet. I'm sure helping them move will make up for it though
Well done Joe Brand walking all that way in the cold and wet. So you can do your challenge and it will be warm weather by then.
Bit of a late update. I helped with my friends move last weekend, their old flat was on the first floor and no lift so plenty if up and down stairs with boxes etc. I've done the 2 usual gym classes each week but not managed much else, I'm still trying to shake off a stinking cold and don't want to over do it. I've been sticking at the food stuff much better generally, and I'm about 10lbs down so far. This weekend however I've had some friends down to stay and yesterday I threw caution to the wind and ate and drank badly, and had a lot of fun in the process. Back on it tomorrow.
They all had fruit on, the strawberry one had about half a gallon of maple syrup on too. The chocolatey one has bananas burried in there somewhere and mine had both strawberry and banana. I dread to think how many calories were in any if them, but they were blinking lush and I don't care.

Get the Insanity DVD's. Follow it for 60 days. No equipment needed = NO EXCUSES. 30 -60 minutes per day just follow the DVD plan & eat well. I just got up earlier and got it out the way before work. You don't need any large space just enough to lie on the floor or do a press up. You'l shed body fat & get fit. It takes motivation and dedication. If you say you might do it you won't you have to say I am doing it.
