Took it easy again on Friday, I really don't want to go in too hard at the beginning and discourage myself when I end up too tired. The food tracking is going alright too, I'm still finding my feet with it and learning what I should and shouldn't be eating, but I've not gone hungry at all. Today I met up with some friends and went for a decent walk all around the docks area.
Good you are doing the walking and if you are with your friends, so much the better. Bear in mind you are changing 2 things at the same time, exercise and diet. So go easy to start with and build up slowly.
No excercise Steak fried onions fried mushrooms potatoes green beans (steamed - i'm a health fanatic) Whisky Cream cakes fags.
Not bad thanks for asking, Still doing well with the food. It's been properly cold this week with heavy frost so I haven't cycled so far. We had no running water at work yesterday as the pipes all froze up. I did the usual gym class on Tuesday night and last night I played badminton. Couldn't get booked in for spinning tonight, so I'll try and get something energetic done tomorrow to make up for it. Was talking with my boss over lunch today, about what I should do at the weekend, he kindly offered me the opportunity to clean a whole house worth of carpets for him, he reckons that'll work up quite a sweat!
You must be getting quite fit to play badminton, I gave that up years ago. Cleaning those carpets would be good and indoors. You don't wanna go cycling if there's ice about. Stick to walking. Sounds like you are doing well.
None of us that went are very good at feather tennis, so I think it'll get more energetic the more we play, hoping to make it a regular thing. It's with some different friends too, so a good excuse to have a get together with people I don't see as much as I should
I'm still alive and not too crippled, only had one moment where I almost lost it, trying to get back into the car at the end. I did one loop on the Rollerblades then swapped them for my trainers and walked the same loop and remembered to turn the tracker thing on my phone app on.
Incidently, there was a vintage ambulance parked up on a driveway of one of the big posh houses near the end, was going to get a pic on the second loop, but there was a lady washing the car next to it and I didn't want her to think I was too weird
