That'd be just as good....Armaflex also do a closed-cell foam tape for outdoor pipework which is good if you need to spiral wrap stuff
you will be underwhelmed at the moment I have a hole in the floor and a big old tin box bolted to the underside, expertly plumbed in orange flexible pipe through a hole in the floor where the old heater was .... I have , however purchased some 8mm copper and fittings and ordered my exhaust and inlet air pipes from propex/ Still not sure what to do inside as im half tempted to claim the walkthrough back. Its all a wee bit... dare I say it! "temporary".
I'm never underwhelmed where your maleable gas fixtures are concerned If the covered walkthru was there to accomodate the other propex and you're thinking to ditch it, then it begs the question....but if you're used to having a 'step-over', rather than a 'walkthru', maybe you could utilize the extra storage space?
Only asking coz I gotta do mine too! Gotta plumb mine into the underslung tank though! Eek! Think I'm gonna pay a man to do it. Haha.
Mines just a standard calor bottle install. Still easy to cock up! Again its a temporary thing as need to replumb the whole thing in 8 mm with a proper manifold at some point rather than the current set up with lots of tees and valves... EEEK indeed!!
Yes. Haha. Ours isn't though! But our (mother-in-laws) electrics are definitely very old which does worry me. Especially when I'm trying to get the metal saucepans out the larder without them touching the exposed fuse box wires! Eek!!!
is that household twin and earth i see on the 12v fuse box and why did you put the 2 12v fuses right under the 230v plug I would get rid of those gas joints near the fuses as if a fuse goes pop you get a nice spark It even makes mine look good
