    Morgan Cars - you don't realise how quick they are until you've seen the test driver at the lights in town fighting with one with a duff gearbox - hit first and thrash the thing along the 300m to the factory!!

    Elgar - manic depressive - but wonderful to listen to

    Water - except Schwepps/Coke have just shut the bottling plant - however my mate Rhys Humm runs Holywell Water so has kept Malvern based water alive

    ....and the retirement capital of the Midlands........ the only things being built are retirement flats!

    Techno Towers is roughly half way between where the first radio was broadcast and where it was received :)

  10. Dolly, how could you forget Dawn French, Charles Dance, the legendary Plymouth Argyle (the only way is up) and me :D ), although I have not lived in Plymouth for nearly 30 years now, but I was born there, family is still there so I still think of myself as a Plymothian.
